1xbt is more than just another online casino platform. We are a community that grows alongside our players — understanding how they play, what they expect, and what a truly great experience feels like from a local player's perspective.
Who We Are
1xbt was built on a simple but meaningful vision — to create a digital entertainment platform truly centered on the user experience. Not just a website with games, but a complete, secure, and enjoyable ecosystem accessible anytime.
We understand that Malaysian players have unique needs that are often overlooked by other international platforms. From convenient local payment methods and Bahasa Malaysia support, to coverage of locally relevant sports such as the Malaysia Super League and badminton — all of this matters to us and has been a priority from day one.
The team behind 1xbt comprises individuals passionate about digital entertainment, financial technology, and cybersecurity. Every decision made — from interface design to security systems — is guided by one question: does this deliver the best outcome for our players?
Our Mission: To be the most trusted, most user-friendly, and most relevant online casino and sports betting platform for Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
Since launch, 1xbt has grown rapidly. Starting with a few hundred games, our platform now offers over 5,000 titles from world-class game providers. From slots and Live Casino to sports betting and e-sports — it's all in one integrated platform accessible from anywhere.
The 1xbt founding team began identifying a major gap in Asia's digital entertainment market — platforms that truly understood the needs of local players were still few and far between.
Local payment systems, a bilingual interface, and a multi-layered security framework were built from the ground up to ensure the best experience from day one.
The 1xbt platform launched with over 1,000 games and received an encouraging early response from Malaysian players looking for a better alternative.
Sports coverage was expanded, the live casino section was introduced, and the VIP programme was launched — establishing 1xbt as the top choice for serious Malaysian players.
1xbt now serves millions of members worldwide with new features being added continuously — and this journey is far from over.
Vision & Mission
Behind every line of code, every interface design, and every policy we craft, one thing always guides us — the trust of our players. That trust cannot be bought or marketed into existence; it can only be earned through consistent action, quality products, and honest service.
1xbt's vision is to become the number one digital entertainment platform of choice in Southeast Asia — not because we are the biggest, but because we are the most trusted and best understood by local players. Every new market we enter, we bring with us a deep understanding of the local culture and user needs.
Our mission is never static. We constantly ask ourselves — can the deposit process be faster? Can the interface be more intuitive? Can players get more value from every ringgit they invest? These are the questions that drive the 1xbt team to keep innovating.
Our Commitment: 1xbt is committed to ensuring every player has access to a safe, fair, and enjoyable platform — regardless of their background or level of experience in online casino gaming.
We also believe that responsible entertainment is the foundation of a healthy industry. That is why 1xbt invests seriously in responsible gaming management tools — from daily deposit limits to self-exclusion options — because we believe players who play responsibly are players who stay for the long run.
Every transaction is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption. Players' personal data is stored to the highest standards and never shared with third parties.
Every business decision we make starts and ends with the same question: does this benefit our players? This is not a slogan — it is how we operate.
The digital entertainment industry changes rapidly. The 1xbt technology team constantly monitors the latest trends to ensure our platform stays relevant and up to date.
1xbt is more than a platform — it is a community. We value every member and strive to build lasting long-term relationships through genuine rewards programs and sincere support.
